Use and application of AI Tool

This AI tool (hereinafter “AI Tool”) may only be used for the intended purpose, i.e. to support creating or editing an authorized website. Any unauthorized use or utilization of AI Tool will violate our guidelines for the use of AI Tool and may result in termination of your access to the functionality.

For any use or utilization of AI Tool that violates our guidelines, applicable law or any intellectual property rights of third parties, you as a user or your company will be held fully responsible and liable to cover any loss, we may incur in connection therewith.

AI Tool generates code or text suggestions. It is therefore important to always verify and review such generated suggestions before you or your company make use of the result. Output generated from AI Tool is based on third party AI models and we do take any responsibility for the output provided by the AI Tool.
